"*5 stars before as well, but needed to share most recent 5 star experience*I've been taking my cat here for the past year almost and am very thankful I made a switch in veterinary clinics. Everyone here is kind & helpful. From front desk, to techs, doctors. I am so grateful for them all.This week my mother's cat was ill out of nowhere, and after vague information from her old vet, I scheduled her for an appointment at Ottawa Animal Hospital West for a second opinion. I told them what was happening and they were super quick to find a place for her given her symptoms. Dr.Carlson was super informative, and did all she could/gave us options for our cat (who was a lot more ill than we knew )We unfortunately ended up having to put her down, but Dr. Carlson & her tech (whom I cannot remember her name) were both so incredibly sweet, talked us through everything & reassured us along the way.The girls at the desk were compassionate as we left and I especially would like to thank Robin for all she did via telephone when her and I spoke/her and my mother did.All the doctors and staff; thank you for what you do . And if anyone if looking for a new vet, this is a great place (:"
